How can we help?:
Counseling

At an initial planning consultation, Mr. Bolton will explain Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare and Estate law.  He will identify pitfalls and opportunities that apply to your specific situation. He will also identify community programs for which you or your loved one may be eligible.

You will also discuss how to plan for future care needs and what happens to your assets when you die.  He will help you to identify your goals and counsel you on how to reach them with the least risk and the lowest cost.  He may suggest one of many possible strategies, such as the creation of a trust or different methods of transferring your assets, and will prepare the documents you need to put your plan into action.  He has prepared thousands of Living Wills, Powers of Attorney and Wills, all of which are important parts of a comprehensive estate plan.

Litigating

If you are involved in litigation regarding a loved one or an estate, he will explain what the law requires, advise you how your claim should be presented and evaluate the strength of your case.  He has been involved in hundreds of estate cases, including Will Contests, Guardianships, Estate Administration disputes, Conservatorships and cases involving the financial exploitation of a loved one.
